1. Affix a latest photograph of each investor.
2. PAN Card and Address Proof Photo Copy self-attested by applicant/s.
3. One Cancelled Cheque copy. (For ECS/RTGS/NEFT payment of Interest /Maturity Amount.)
4. Investment Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of “Bajaj Finance Ltd A/c No. 00070350006738” and crossed ‘Account Payee Only’.
5. Your Cheque / Mobile No will be your application number. Keep photocopy of application form for your record.
6. Submit / deposit your application form in Listed Branches of Bajaj Finance Ltd or in/ Design Bank Branches.
